Abstract
In the conversation with Felix Hüttemann, Chris Salter talks about the sensory environment, his perspectives as a media artist and scientist, and how sensing machines are increasingly influencing our everyday media lives. In doing so, Salter lays the foundation for further reflection on a media theory of culinary sensory perception.
