dc.description.abstractWo die lähmende Routine des apokalyptischen Diskurses nicht genügend inneren Schub erzeugt um vom Wissen zum Handeln zu kommen, vermag vielleicht die Vorstellung einer positiven Zukunft verlocken, den Weg von der Phantasie zur Änderung des individuellen Verhaltens und schließlich zur sozialen Bewegung zu beschreiten und politisch zu werden. Dieser Artikel fragt nach der Wirkungskraft von Leitbildern für die Gestaltung der fundamentalen Transformation unserer modernen Kultur. Zu diesem Zweck wird der bislang wenig bestimmte Begriff der kulturellen Transformation diskutiert, die wahrnehmungs- und handlungsleitende Funktion von zukunfts-bezogenen Narrativen reflektiert und in einem politiktheoretischen Zusammenhang betrachtet. Den Abschluss bilden Gedanken über Anforderungen an zukunftsbezogene Erzählungen, die Kontexte ihres Entstehens und der Methoden ihrer ›Erzeugung‹ und Kommunikation in inter-disziplinären und partizipativen Prozessen.de
dc.description.abstractWhere the paralyzing routine of the apocalyptic discourse does not produce enough internal thrust to come from knowledge to action, perhaps the idea of a positive future can entice to travel the path from imagination to the change of individual behavior and ultimately to social movement and becoming political. This article examines the effectiveness of guidelines for the design of the fundamental transformation of our modern culture. To this end, the previously little specific concept of cultural transformation is discussed, reflecting the perception and action-guiding function of future-oriented narratives, and viewed in a policy-theoretic context. It concludes with thoughts on requirements for future-oriented stories, the contexts of their development, and the methods of their ›production‹ and communication in interdisciplinary and participatory processes.en
