dc.description.abstractDie verschiedenen signifikativen Potentiale von ‹Raum› werden in jedem Film unter Vermittlung des Weltwissens von Zuschauern, ihrem narrativen Wissen und ihrem Wissen um filmische Darbietungsformen als seine Bedeutungselemente konstituiert. Es wird ein master space konstituiert, der sowohl physikalische wie soziale Komponenten umfasst: Gliederungen von Innen und Außen, von Privatheit und Öffentlichkeit, Funktionen spezifischer Räume, Zugänglichkeiten etc. Raum wird als Handlungsraum erschlossen. Dabei werden sowohl in realistischen wie phantastischen Welten permanente Ergänzungen (des Off-Screen-Raumes) und Synthesen vorgenommen.de
dc.description.abstractBased on viewers‘ knowledge about reality, narrative structures and forms of cinematographic representation, significative potentials of space and area are linked to the meanings and narrative strategies of specific movies. A master space has to be constructed which incorporates physical as well as social aspects of space: formations of being-in and being-out, private and public space, specific functions and meanings of rooms and places, accessability of spaces, and so on. Filmic space is constituted as space of acting (Handlungsraum), being linked to the intentional reality of film figures. The operations of constituting space as element of filmic signification is – in realistic worlds as well as in phantastic ones – permanently combined with operations of complementing only partially represented elements (like off screen spaces) and synthesizing complex interpretations of spatial meanings from different sources (narration, psychology, social meanings, etc.).en
