Die Beschäftigung mit Franz Hofer hat bereits auf dem Stummfilmfestival
„Prima di Caligari" 1990 in Pordenone einen Punkt erreicht, an dem man sich
über die Bedeutung des Regisseurs für die frühe Stummfilmzeit bewußt wurde.
