Abstract
The contribution deals with the cultural techniques of law. It choose an example: Hermann Jahrreis Book about the System of Constitutional Law, which was written in ‹Table's and Supervisions› and should be used for the legal education at german universities. The book was written and designed in 1930 and shows a specific trait of legal techniques: They combine techniques, which do not know anything about the law, with the symbolic or imagined foundations of law.
