Die Produktion von Bildern ist weder völlig willkürlich noch völlig planbar, sondern hat ihre eigene Logik, die zwischen Werk und Realität, Innenwelt und Außenwelt sowie Tradition und Innovation liegt. Die relevanten Diskurse werden durch die jeweiligen kulturhistorischen Rahmenbedingungen beeinflusst. Aufgrund dieser Tatsache ist es von Bedeutung, das Spannungsverhältnis zwischen Kreativität und Mimesis in Bildpraktiken aus einer interkulturellen Perspektive in Betracht zu ziehen.As two concepts that are both distinct and intertwined, creativity and mimesis have their own history of development.
