Different forms of pictures, their use and interpretation are themes of visual theories. In this article the concept concerning ´pictures´, their attribution, perception and iconological approaches is transferred to art impartation. A focus on recipients of pictures is suggested here, in combination with a reflection of linear models of impartations. The conclusion is to add concepts off an orientation on subjects and their dynamics. A concentration on interaction and pragmatics is the focussed transfer of visual theories, next to levels of analysing pictures, their use and potentials. These aspects are the base of a concept of an impartation orientated on pictures and their use. The development of the overarching step on interaction and use next to other levels are assumed into a model of picture impartation.
